    We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Anaheim, California. This role is vital to our operations and involves a variety of administrative tasks. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and staff, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.

    Responsibilities:
    • Administering the front desk, providing support, and functioning as an administrative floater when necessary.
    • Handling incoming telephone calls with a multi-line phone system, providing prompt and courteous service.
    • Greeting visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
    • Collaborating with the HR team to schedule interviews and streamline recruitment processes.
    • Ordering, tracking, and managing office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
    • Organizing files, maintaining accurate records, and performing data entry tasks.
    • Booking and preparing conference rooms for meetings, including setting up and cleaning up before and after use.
    • Handling mail duties, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to manage administrative tasks.
    • Utilizing interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and visitors.
    • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
    • Proficiency in operating Multi-Line Phone System
    • Strong Customer Service skills
    • Experience in Data Entry
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word
    • Experience in Organizing Files
    • Ability to manage Conference Room Setup & Cleanup
