This role combines architectural ownership with hands-on engineering, ensuring a reliable, scalable, and high‑performing contact center environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Lead the end-to-end architecture of Genesys Cloud CX, including voice, digital channels, routing, integrations, and analytics.</p><p>Develop and maintain roadmap, standards, and best practices for platform design and evolution.</p><p>Configure, administer, and optimize Genesys Cloud, including IVR, routing, and self-service workflows.</p><p>Build and manage API integrations with internal and third‑party systems.</p><p>Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex incidents and participate in on-call rotations.</p><p>Govern platform changes to ensure security, compliance, and alignment with IT standards.</p><p>Partner with business and technical teams to translate experience goals into scalable solutions.</p><p>Maintain documentation and mentor engineering teams on platform best practices.</p><p>Other duties as needed</p><p><br></p>
<p>Robert Half is seeking a I.T. Senior Systems Administrator </p><p><br></p><p>The I.T. Senior Systems Administrator coordinates the Systems Administrators at each site to ensure that I.T. </p><p>Systems are being properly managed, and directly performs any and all of the I.T. Systems Administrator duties at the corporate layer. Incumbent is responsible for maintaining optimal performance of mission critical systems and applications to assure continuity of service. Required to report, troubleshoot, and correct related system errors and problems. Identifies inadequacies and determines appropriate solutions to address them. Serves as third level of escalation for any issues I.T. Technicians cannot resolve without further education or training. Participates in the design of systems, oversees installation, and coordinates </p><p>system upgrades, maintenance, and downtime to users. Maintains documentation of system configurations and processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p><p>- Develop and assist in the implementation of systems and processes to improve the effectiveness of technical services at all locations</p><p>- Oversee the site-level System Administrators for all sites</p><p>- Ensure that the following System Administrator functions are correctly performed at each site, and perform them for equipment within the scope of direct management by the corporate layer:</p><p>o Monitor, upgrade, and manage VMware virtual server and desktop environments</p><p>o Monitor, upgrade, and manage multiple SAN systems</p><p>o Monitor, upgrade, and manage Microsoft Exchange environment</p><p>o Manage Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy for enterprise Windows Domain</p><p>o Monitor, manage, apply patches, and update systems</p><p>o Manage multiple databases. Duties include installs, security access, querying, managing logs, backups, and restores</p><p>o Provide performance tuning and capacity planning functions for all software systems</p><p>o Manage all planned system upgrades and project-related installs</p><p>o Identify system inadequacies or deficiencies and submits recommendation for enhancement to I.T.
