We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of ERP systems The ideal candidate will manage general ledger accounting, support month-end close processes, perform account reconciliations and contribute to the improvement of our financial procedures. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily transactions, including general ledger and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to ensure smooth audit workflows
- Participate in budgeting (for departments and projects)
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Develop expertise on our ERP systems, being the point of contact for any issues or improvements
- Train other staff on the usage of the ERP system when required
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar field
- Solid knowledge of an ERP system is essential
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong numeracy and financial awareness
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Exceptional communication
