Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis Job Description

For this role, financial services firms look for candidates with deep analytical capabilities, strong verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once. Strong technological skills, particularly financial modeling in Excel and Access, are desired qualifications. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required, and an MBA and CPA are pluses.
