Manager of Business Analysis Job Description

For manager positions, companies seek business analysts with experience in financial analysis, data flow analysis and project management. This role requires strong leadership, technology, data analytics and communication skills. At least eight to 10 years of experience as a business analyst is preferred, including two years of experience gathering business requirements and documentation.
