Information Architect Job Description

The information architect works with clients to define and construct the architecture for all pages of a website. This professional defines content strategy and design features, including user paths for websites. Thorough knowledge of site design, user interface design processes and methodology, and information architecture software are essential for this role. An advanced degree in human-computer interaction or a related field is often required, as well as a strong understanding of user experience.
