Hedge Fund Accountant Job Description

A hedge fund accountant should have a prior work history in investment accounting, product controller work, auditing, accounts payable/accounts receivable or budgeting and experience with various financial products. Strong verbal and writing abilities, analytical expertise, and proficiency with Excel are highly preferred. A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
