The contract manager oversees the contract management staff and is responsible for contract review and the negotiating and drafting of any manner of agreements, including procurement and service contracts and leases. This position works closely with lawyers and contracts personnel to review and draft legal agreements and addendums. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of all aspects of internal contract management software programs, as well as an understanding of the business and business needs. A bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field is required, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) is preferred.
