A private firm that provides accounting and administrative support services for real estate-related businesses experienced tremendous growth.   The organization needed a CFO to partner with its senior management team and support the business’s strategic financial, operational, and growth objectives. With a large footprint in the southeast and a growing portfolio of development projects, the firm recognized it needed to bring in a strong financial leader with a forward-thinking approach who could energize the team. The new CFO would assume responsibility for guiding the firm’s strategic growth as well as managing day-to-day financial aspects for 150 project LLCs.
