Robert Half Online Account: Login and Password Support

If you need any assistance signing-in to your Robert Half Online account, such as finding your username, resetting your password or other login troubles, follow the instructions below. For assistance with your Robert Half device login or Microsoft Office 365 login, contact us.
Desktop
Your username is typically the email address you used to create your account. If you still can’t log in, follow these directions from a desktop computer: 
1. Go to roberthalf.com and click “Sign In”.
2. Click “Forgot username?” on the sign-in screen. 
3. Enter your email address in the next screen.
4. Click “Recover Username”. 
5. Once submitted, you’ll see a “Thank you” screen. We'll email your username to you.

4. You will receive an email with a “Reset my Password” button. Please note: The email will be coming from Robert Half ([email protected]). If it does not appear in your Inbox, check your spam or junk mail folders. 
5. In the email, click “Reset my Password” to be taken to the password reset screen.
6. Choose a new password that is 16 or more characters long, then click “Reset Password” to save.
7. You will receive a confirmation email that your password was changed.
Mobile
Your username is typically the email address you used to create your account. If you still can’t log in, follow these directions from your mobile device: 
1. Open the Robert Half mobile app and tap “Sign in”. 
2. Tap “Forgot username?” on the sign-in screen.
3. Enter your email address in the next screen.
4. Tap “Recover Username” and we'll email your username to you.

4. Tap “Confirm” and we'll email your username to you. Tap “Go to Email” and it’ll take you to your email app on your phone.
5. You will receive an email with a “Reset my Password” button. Please note: The email will be coming from Robert Half ([email protected]). If it does not appear in your Inbox, check your spam or junk mail folders. 
6. In the email, click “Reset my Password” to be taken to the password reset screen.
7. Choose a new password, enter it again in the “Confirm Password” field, then tap on “Reset Password” to save.
If on desktop computer, please ensure you are using one of these supported/preferred browsers:  Microsoft Edge Safari Firefox 5 Deleting your browser history may also be necessary to successfully log in. For your convenience, below are steps for the various compatible browsers:  Microsoft Edge: Click the “…” menu icon in the upper right corner and select “History”. Then click “Clear History”. Select the check box for cookies and cached data, then click “Clear”. Safari: Click “Safari” in the upper-left corner of your screen, then click “Preferences”. In the window that opens, click the “Privacy” tab. Click “Remove All Website Data”. Click “Remove Now” in the pop-up window that appears. Firefox 5 on a Mac: Click the “Library” button, click “History” and then click “Clear Recent History”. Select how much history you want to clear.  Click the drop-down menu next to “Time Range” to choose how much of your history Firefox will clear. Finally, click “Clear Now”. Firefox 5 on a PC: Click the menu button (either below the screen on some devices or at the top-right corner of the browser) and select “Settings” (you may need to tap “More” first). Put a checkmark next to the items you want to clear, then click “Clear Data”. If you are on the Robert Half mobile app, please ensure that all the updates are installed. IOS 5.0 or Android 5.0 are the required versions to operate the app.  If you’re using a supported browser and/or appropriate version of the mobile app, have cleared your “all time” history and still cannot log in, please contact Customer Experience at [email protected] or 1.888.744.9202 for assistance.
