ROBERT HALF INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

MENLO PARK, California, February 9, 2011 -- Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE symbol: RHI) today announced an increase to its quarterly cash dividend, from $.13 to $.14 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on March 15, 2011, to all shareholders of record as of February 25, 2011.
