MENLO PARK, California, July 29, 2008 -- Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE symbol: RHI) today announced the election of Frederick A. Richman to its board of directors. Mr. Richman is an attorney and most recently served as a principal in the Washington National Tax Group of Deloitte Tax LLP. He began his career at the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles, where he was a senior partner before joining Deloitte Tax LLP in 2001.
An experienced tax attorney and tax consultant, Mr. Richman has served for many years on the board of directors of various nonprofit, charitable and educational institutions, including American Jewish University. Mr. Richman received a B.A. cum laude from Harvard University and a J.D. cum laude from the New York University School of Law.
