Responsibilities:
• Providing help desk and desktop support to our team members
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software
• Utilizing your expertise in Microsoft O365 and Active Directory to manage user accounts and access
• Leveraging your skills in Intune and SCCM, if available, to manage devices and applications
• Ensuring the smooth running of Windows systems, with Mac knowledge being a bonus
• Applying your strong problem-solving skills to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues
• Utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide clear, concise technical assistance
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst, Desktop Support Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with installing and troubleshooting software and hardware.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
