    Senior Product Manager – Technical (Fleet and Packaging Marketing Measurement and Analytics)

    Job Summary

This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with engineering, science, operations, and marketing teams to build best-in-class analytics systems and models that enhance marketing efficacy while tracking operational performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Senior Product Manager – Technical will:

    • Define the measurement vision, roadmap, and end-to-end strategy for fleet and packaging media channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Collaborate with engineering and science teams to design, develop, and launch data-driven measurement models and analytics capabilities that assess creative marketing effectiveness and operational impact.
    • Own the creation and delivery of an analytics dashboard toolkit to monitor efficiency, program impact, and campaign performance across markets.
    • Scope and lead channel expansion efforts, supported by learnings from existing systems and data insights.
    • Ensure regular engagement with cross-functional teams to validate ideas, make tradeoffs, and successfully execute on deliverables.
    • Advocate for balance between technical complexity, operational excellence, and meaningful customer insights when prioritizing tech-driven solutions.

    Key Qualifications (Basic)

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, program management, technology, or technical product marketing.
    • Bachelor’s degree, with demonstrated knowledge of technical product delivery.
    • Proven ability to define and execute roadmaps while making thoughtful tradeoff decisions.
    • Experience driving impactful discussions around technical strategy, system architecture, and operational improvements.
    • Strong ability to influence diverse stakeholders, from peers to executives, through effective communication and negotiation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong expertise in analytics platforms like Tableau or QuickSight.
    • A background in building and driving user adoption for new tools and systems.
    • Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, and statistical or reliability analysis.
    • Experience leveraging machine learning for model automation in business contexts.
    • Passion for representing a variety of customer and stakeholder perspectives when driving decisions or innovations.
