    About the Role:

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2–5+ years of experience in application support, software development, or DevOps.
    • Proficiency in Python for debugging, scripting, and automation.
    • Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, SNS, IAM).
    • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
    • Familiarity with API integrations, RESTful services, and database management (SQL & NoSQL).
    • Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
    • Understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud architecture.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and support business users.

    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes for infrastructure automation.
    • Exposure to DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
    • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
    • Experience with machine learning model deployment in cloud environments.
