    • Assisting with district-level initiatives, operational deadlines, and other time-sensitive tasks as needed.

    • Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, marketing, etc.

    • Familiarity with expense management software

    • Ability to manage answering inbound calls effectively

    • Understanding of buying processes is required

    • Experience in booking travel arrangements

    • Must possess skills in calendar management

    • Excellent customer service skills are essential

    • Excellent communication skills and professionalism for daily interaction with internal staff and external customers
