We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Shreveport, Louisiana. The role primarily involves providing administrative support to executives and ensuring smooth operational processes within a dynamic and client focused workplace.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Overseeing the preparation and editing of correspondence, reports, presentations, and various other documents.
• Serving as a liaison between the executive team and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication while maintaining confidentiality.
• Handling special projects independently and with initiative.
• Handling administrative functions such as preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining records.
• Monitoring, responding to, and managing incoming emails and correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
• Overseeing office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships to maintain an efficient work environment.
• Acting as the main contact point for other administrative and operational staff in the local office.
• Interacting with all levels of the organization, from staff to senior leadership, as well as external partners and clients.
• Assisting with district-level initiatives, operational deadlines, and other time-sensitive tasks as needed.
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, marketing, etc.
• Familiarity with expense management software
• Ability to manage answering inbound calls effectively
• Understanding of buying processes is required
• Experience in booking travel arrangements
• Must possess skills in calendar management
• Excellent customer service skills are essential
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism for daily interaction with internal staff and external customers
