We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions and records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, preferably within the manufacturing industry, and possess excellent organizational and analytical skills. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, supporting our company's overall financial health and growth. A few responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries; Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled with supporting documentation; Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections; and more. · Experience: Prior experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) would be a plus.
· Proficiency: Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
