    We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team in Orange Park, Florida. The Systems Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing our Infrastructure Team and providing technical support to internal customers. By utilizing industry-specific knowledge, you will ensure the smooth running of our IT Department and contribute to reducing cybersecurity risk exposure.


    Key responsibilities:


    • Manage the Infrastructure Team, providing guidance and leadership to foster a successful team environment.

    • Provide technical support, training, and problem-solving advice to internal customers.

    • Develop and maintain templates and baselines for servers and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) master images.

    • Develop and maintain scripts to perform administrative tasks quickly and effectively.

    • Analyze, recommend, and apply security controls to reduce cybersecurity risk exposure.

    • Provide compliance oversight to ensure Infrastructure Team activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

    • Utilize skills in Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Microsoft Exchange Server, Windows OS, PowerShell, and VMware.

    • Function in the capacity of other IT Department roles as needed.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Proficiency in Active Directory management and operations.

    • Experience with Backup Technologies for safeguarding critical data.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.

    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

    • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation and configuration management.

    • Prior experience with VMware for virtualization and cloud computing services.
