This role combines leadership, technical accounting expertise, and operational management to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development</li><li>Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and month-end/year-end close</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making</li><li>Serve as liaison with internal and external auditors, ensuring audit readiness</li><li>Develop, implement, and enforce internal controls and accounting policies</li><li>Ensure reconciliation of balance sheet accounts with supporting documentation</li><li>Maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards</li><li>Research and apply new accounting pronouncements and resolve system-related issues with internal teams and vendors</li></ul>
