We are on the lookout for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role is based in Lakeland, Florida. In the real estate industry, your primary duty will be to maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The role will involve handling heavy accounts payable, bank deposits and reconciliations, and providing necessary support to the CPA firm.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and managing the accounts payable function for multiple entities
• Ensuring accurate and efficient bank deposits.
• Performing bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Handling inter-company transactions and distributions.
• Recording income and interest through month-end journal entries.
• Executing reconciliations at the end of every month.
• Maintaining communication with the CPA firm to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilizing QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel to maintain financial records and perform accounting functions.
• Overseeing third-party property management activities to ensure all necessary tasks are completed.
• Performing cash flow analysis to monitor the financial health of the entities.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Computerized Accounting System.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
