    • Maintain a comprehensive and updated list of landlord contact information.
    • Review, organize, and maintain all corporate real estate files.
    • Generate weekly progress reports and manage special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • A legal background is required, ideally with extensive experience in lease administration, retail lease management, or property management.
    • Deep understanding of Commercial Retail Lease Agreements, with a strong capability to interpret and manage complex lease documents.
    • Proficiency with legal terminology and ability to translate legal language into layman’s terms for diverse audiences.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with DocuSign, Workday, and Tango is highly desirable.
    • Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and files.
    • Strong quantitative skills, with a thorough understanding of financial terms related to leases such as CAM charges, rent percentages, and breakpoints.
    • Capacity to independently handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Preferred certified notary or willingness to obtain certification; costs will be covered.
    • Must be able to report onsite in South San Francisco, CA, 5 days a week.
