Loan Originator We are in search of a Loan Originator to join our team in the Real Estate industry, based in Dallas, Texas. Your role will primarily focus on originating new loans, maintaining and updating customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your skills to enhance our business operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>• Originate new loans, leveraging your knowledge of real estate and financial markets to provide sound advice to clients<br>• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date<br>• Address customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction<br>• Utilize Excel modeling to analyze and interpret financial data, making recommendations based on your findings<br>• Leverage your knowledge of Accounting Software Systems to effectively manage customer accounts<br>• Utilize Crystal Reports and Data Mining Techniques to generate reports and extract key insights from data<br>• Execute accounting functions and accrual accounting practices to ensure financial transparency<br>• Conduct auditing of customer accounts to identify and rectify any discrepancies<br>• Participate in budget processes, assisting in the development and management of financial plans<br>• Assist in capital management, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated and managed.
