In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: </p><ul><li>To take direct ownership of the Group's debtor book ensuring that existing overdue and uncollected debt is managed effectively and DSO targets are met and maintained.</li><li>To produce insightful periodic reporting on debt, cash collections and DSO ensuring that reporting is appropriate for consumption by the CFO, Board the Sales teams.</li><li>To ensure all Accounts Receivable ledgers across the Group are fully reconciled</li><li>To implement and oversee improvements in existing processes and controls to ensure that billings are accurate and on time and that cash is collected and allocated correctly across the group.</li></ul><p>Leadership and Management</p><ul><li>To lead the credit control team, challenging them on the status quo and establishing a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>To ensure the Accounts Receivable team are trained on process and ways of working are consistent across the team.</li><li>To work with the Director of Finance and the CFO to improve working capital, cash collections and strengthen the balance sheet</li></ul><p>General</p><ul><li>To assist the CFO and Director of Finance on ad hoc projects as necessary, including embedding the recently launched new accounting system and the design and implementation of a new CRM and billing platform </li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will be an experiened credit control manager with at least 7 years experience working within credit control.</p><p>1 month notice max .</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client is a UK wide recognised food manufacturing firm with multiple brand within the business.
