    Primary responsibilities;

    * Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox and process all purchase invoices daily and ensure approved in line with company policy from relevant department managers.
    * Complete supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on supplier and invoice queries.

    * Prepare payment runs in line with supplier terms for approval and adhoc payments set up on the bank system.

    * Chasing overdue debts by email and telephone.
    * Putting overdue customer accounts on hold.
    * Process amendments on the BOMs as identified from the wider business.
    * Support the process to update standard costs on BOMs.
