    This newly created Finance Manager role for a rapidly growing Fintech firm paying £65,000 to £70,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus, based in W2

    Role

    This Finance Manager will help the Firm scale the finance function, put new processes in place and refine existing ones. This role will work closely with the Finance Director to put in providing support for a growing team. Please find a brief outline of the role below.

    • Manage the monthly Management Account preparations and variance reporting. This includes the preparation of schedules, the processing of P&L and Balance Sheets and the preparation of variance reports.
    • Leads the preparation and delivery of statutory financial statements and reports and all tax audits and files, all tax returns such as Corporation Tax, payroll taxes and VAT etc. for all entities.
    • Revises procedures by developing and streamlining procedures and worksheets for calculation of tax provisions.
    • Assesses and researches tax issues to identify solutions.
    • Responsible for the creation and review of annual budgets, ensure schedules of forecasted costs are calculated and budgetary control by monitoring the budgets, managing variances.
    • Conduct Bank Reconciliation on all bank accounts twice a month and correctly document it to ensure compliance with audit requirement.
    • Participates and support internal audits as required
    • Builds and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
    • Assists with the recruitment, training and development, and supervision of accounting staff as required
    • Travel as required to meet business objectives
