    Robert Half are recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join our global client based in Leeds.

    The role will involve working alongside a 3rd party Payroll provider to ensure that payroll is completed correctly and on time for upward of 140 UK based staff.

    The role will be based in Leeds and offers Hybrid working with a salary based on experience between £26,000 - £36,000

    You will be responsible for 3 sites in the UK preparing payroll, responsible for time & Attendance and also the relationship with 3rd party service provider.

    Full responsibilities will include -

    • Payroll Administration
    • Working through payroll questions using ticket system, ensuring a timely turn around
    • Working with 3rd Party international company to ensure payroll is completed on time
    • Supporting colleagues with payroll queries
    • Preparing payroll including Time & Attendance, pensions, salary sacrifice schemes
    • Continually strive to improve processes


    This role will be looking after multiple sites within the UK, occasional travel may be needed to support each sites specific needs around payroll, hybrid working is offered as part of the role.
