FP&A Manager | 12-Month FTC | £60,000 | Remote - 1 day in the office ever 2 or 3 weeks

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a leading organisation. This role will be responsible for managing all financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes, with a key focus on cash flow and balance sheet management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Manage cash flow, balance sheet forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop executive-level presentations and board reports
• Support business performance by tracking risks, opportunities, and financial efficiencies
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and decision support
• Drive process improvement, standardisation, and best practices across finance functions

Key Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and analysis
✔ Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
✔ Ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decision-making
✔ Experience working with senior leadership and producing high-quality reports
✔ Strong knowledge of financial planning systems and accounting principles

💰 Salary: £60,000
