    Tech Support Analyst Opportunity

    The Role
    As a Tech Support Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of providing first-class IT support across the organisation. Your technical expertise will help troubleshoot, resolve issues, and implement new systems. You'll be a key player in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, from managing service tickets to collaborating on exciting new tech initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
    • Maintain IT systems, schedule updates, and manage patches.
    • Provide support for cutting-edge third-party applications.
    • Contribute to knowledge management and improve internal processes.
    • Monitor user security and maintain compliance with IT standards.
    • Support hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers.

    What We're Looking For

    • ITIL v3 Foundation certification (minimum).
    • A-level education or equivalent (Math and English at grade C or above).
    • Strong technical understanding of Microsoft environments, network configurations, and security protocols.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

    Technical Skills
    Experience with:

    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Windows OS
    • Active Directory
    • Email security systems like Mimecast
    • Network LAN/WAN and VLANs
    • SCCM for application packaging and deployment

    Salary - £33,000 - £38,000 including hybrid working
