PQ Accountant / Studier Accountant
Location: Birmingham (On-Site)
Salary: Up to £30,000

We are looking for a PQ Accountant / Studier Accountant to join a leading organisation in Birmingham. In this role, you'll support key stakeholders, provide valuable financial insights, and contribute to business performance improvements.

What You'll Be Doing:

✔ Commercial Support - Work closely with financial and non-financial stakeholders, providing analysis and insight to drive strong decision-making.
✔ Month-End & Reporting - Assist with month-end reports, business reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
✔ Balance Sheet & Risk Management - Understand financial risks, support balance sheet reviews, and help manage working capital.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Part-qualified in CIMA / ACCA / ACA (or equivalent)
✅ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
✅ Ability to communicate financial information clearly to finance and non-finance colleagues
✅ Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for continuous improvement
✅ Proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP systems is desirable
