    Robert Half are working with a long-established and reputable business, who are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join their team. With a strong track record of delivering high-quality products and services, the company is undergoing an exciting phase of expansion and transformation. As part of this evolution, they are investing in marketing to enhance efficiencies, strengthen brand presence, and drive both B2B and direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and play a crucial role in its future success.

    This is a permanent role, fully office based in Bicester, and paying between £40,000 - £50,000 DOE.

    The Role

    Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will take ownership of B2B and e-commerce marketing strategies, supporting sales growth, lead generation, and brand positioning across multiple digital and offline channels. The role requires a commercially minded marketer who can develop and execute campaigns that enhance customer engagement, increase website traffic, and deliver measurable business impact.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • B2B Sales Activation & Lead Generation: Driving targeted marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, generate new business opportunities, and grow the customer base.
    • E-Commerce Growth: Increasing website visibility and direct-to-consumer sales through SEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimisation.
    • Brand & Product Marketing: Managing brand positioning and product promotion across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and relevance to target audiences.
    • Campaign Development: Creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
    • CRM & Customer Engagement: Expanding the company's digital presence, optimising social media engagement, and leveraging CRM tools to improve customer retention and conversion.
    • Stakeholder & Sales Support: Collaborating with internal sales teams, external agencies, and distribution partners to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
    • Budget & Performance Management: Managing marketing spend effectively while focusing on return on investment and continuous performance improvement.

    The Ideal Candidate

    The successful candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven B2B marketing professional with:

    • A marketing qualification (preferred).
    • A minimum of five years' experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies.
    • Proven ability in sales-driven marketing, lead generation, CRM, and digital marketing.
    • Experience in product and brand management.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and insights.
    • Excellent copywriting, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • A proactive, creative, and results-oriented approach.
    • Competency with SEO, paid media, website optimisation, and AI marketing tools.
    • A full UK driving licence.
