Vacancy: Senior Internal Auditor (H/F/X) - We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor (H/F/X) for our client, an energy and commodities company in Geneva, to join its international structure for a permanent role.

The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement as well as all of our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Missions

• You lead and conduct internal audits to assess, enhance, and optimize processes related to operations, risk management, controls, and governance.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate risks and ensure compliance across various business units.
• You analyze audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements.
• You stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory standards to enhance audit methodologies.
• You contribute to the development of audit tools, including leveraging data analytics for deeper financial and operational insights.
• You participate in audit planning and assist in preparing presentations for key stakeholders.

Profil du candidat

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, ideally within a commodity trading or energy-related company.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• You are an excellent communicator, capable of engaging with management and diverse stakeholders.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• You have experience with operational risks, trading platforms, and back-office systems, with an affinity for data analytics in audit processes.
• You are fluent in English and French, and open to occasional travel as required.
