As far as understanding and applying the work life balance, the company's been hugely accommodating, especially around the time when my daughter was first born. And even since then, right, getting home a few minutes earlier always helps to see her. But, uh, both of us have been very grateful for what the company has offered in that respect.
[FRENCH] I think being able to choose my schedule a little bit, whether I arrive at 7 or 8, or finish a little earlier, or be able to work from home, it's really the perfect balance at Robert Half. I have a balanced life between work and my reality as a mother.
The work hard, play hard element is, it's cliche but it's very much true. If you are able to kind of hit your targets in the first half of the month, I'm not saying you can take your foot off the brakes, but you do have a little bit more flexibility to kind of do whatever you want to do.
We spend a lot of hours here but, Even then, we'll go out as a team after hours and spend some time together in a more social environment. So I think, you know, you have, you have the company that supports stuff like that and encourages that, that time outside of the office as well as the people within your own team.
The easiest, hardest job you'll ever have. And I never leave work feeling stressed or overwhelmed. I feel like I accomplished what I need to in the day and I'm able to continue on doing my other extracurriculars outside of work.
