Our culture I think is fantastic. I've been here about a year and a half and I think it's one of the biggest things that, you know, wakes me up in the morning and being like, I get to go have a good time and do what we need to do at the end of the day as recruiters.
We generally feel like we have a work hard, play hard mentality. A culture that is pretty competitive, but in a healthy way.
