Who are Corporate Services?

Based in Toronto, the Canadian Corporate Services team is responsible for providing back-office support to Robert Half, covering the areas of human resources, marketing, PR, staff development, and internal recruiting. Each department plays a critical role in supporting the ongoing operations of the business. Our Corporate Services team is mission control for our global network of talent solutions and consulting locations and makes it possible for more than 100,000 people to find permanent and contract positions each year.

Human resources

Our human resources team is a strategic partner who supports and collaborates with the business on the execution and development of the people strategy. Our team oversees numerous responsibilities, including employee engagement, retention, benefits & wellness and talent development. We provide expertise and guidance on various areas related to employee relations and help drive our employees’ success with Robert Half. We are key players in creating an inclusive, diverse, respectful and equal-opportunity environment for all employees.

Marketing

Collaborating with global colleagues through world-class MarTech platforms, the marketing team is responsible for the digital customer experience, attracting high-calibre prospective talent, and promoting Robert Half’s unique services in the recruitment industry. Robert Half has forged strategic alliances and relationships with trade associations to better serve the professionals we work with. We also participate in hundreds of events each year across Canada (such as conferences and job fairs) to help bolster our presence in the diverse industries that we work with.

Communications

Our communications team promotes our expertise to clients and candidates, the business community, local and national media outlets and our employees. With an emphasis on ensuring people recognize how we can support their businesses or careers, through our workplace research, press releases, presentations, social media content and community giving programs, we connect our teams to current trends and support them in helping companies build talented teams.

Staff development

Our staff development training team advances the overall mission of Robert Half by delivering programs that result in highly skilled talent solutions professionals and business leaders equipped to succeed. We connect with employees and business partners at all levels in both informal and formal training sessions to maximize our effectiveness in supporting Robert Half's most important asset, its internal staff.
