That's something I see here that the Robert Half Company will do it for. Uh, different milestones, no matter how small or how big.
The company, I know, has many different initiatives, like REACH, where you hit your certain KPIs on an annual basis, and they fly you out to Vegas. It's definitely something that I want to strive for in the future. Let me just go back to the first time that I went to REACH. I felt like I was a movie star.
They rolled out the red carpet, there were limousines, we were being filmed all around, just like at the Academy Awards. I felt so honored and so appreciated today, even. I mean, the same thing happens, and you get to sit at the table with our CEO, CFO, with the COO, and you get to rub shoulders with your colleagues globally, and it's a real honor. You really feel very special and very, very much recognized.
[FRENCH] Last month, I had the opportunity to travel to Monaco, which a trip organized by the company to recognize the performance I had achieved over the last year. It was really an exceptional experience because we met not only colleagues from Canada, but also people from Europe, Asia, Australia. And it really allowed us to do a whole exchange of best practices.
We have a very competitive competition plan that, you know, incentivizes production. Incentivizes not only hitting goals, but exceeding goals. And those who are high performers, Can actually see that reflected in their paychecks.
Compensation therefore drives the right behaviors. Everybody wants to work to be successful because I need you guys to help me please my clients because we both get part of the reward for filling that position. It really encourages collaboration.
The more you produce, the more impact you make, the more roles you fill, the more you make. And, uh, the correlation, there's a very direct one. It's actually one of the reasons why I joined.

What I really love about this job is that I get to be mediator between the client and the candidate, and I think working with two different types of relationship dynamics is really interesting.
