Responsibilities:

Prepare and post monthly journal entries and assist in the timely preparation of monthly financial statements
Analysis and reconciliation of various balance sheet General Ledger accounts
Preparation of bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
Contribute to ad-hoc reporting or analysis as needed
Conduct thorough analysis and review of financial results monthly

Ensure established procedures and guidelines are followed to accurately maintain the organization’s financial records and transactions

The skills you will bring with you:

Minimum 2 year's accounting/finance experience
Strong reconciliation and month end close experience
A degree in accounting/finance or related
Currently in pursuit of a CPA designation is an asset
Strong Excel skills - including proficiency with V Lookup and Pivot Tables;
Experience with a recognized ERP platform; MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards etc.
Proven communication skills.
