And as you can imagine, the main reason to have a person physically stationed in Victoria is to provide a high-level of personal service to the users there (rather than manage everything remotely from Vancouver). This role will provide Tier 1 support to approximately 200 users, focusing on software and hardware troubleshooting within a Microsoft environment.
