    We are currently seeking a highly-analytical and qualified Director of Finance for a manufacturing and distribution Company. In this position, you will be responsible for the financial health of the company, producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. Primarily, you will guide the company towards profitability and long-term success while being hands on with accounting tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department. Assist in creation of a formalized budgeting process
    2. Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
    3. Establish and implement effective financial strategies.
    4. Supervise all finance personnel
    5. Manage day to day accounting
    6. Analyze complex financial data.
    7. Manage company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
    8. Develop plans for financial growth.
    9. Handle acquisition accounting and daily accounting tasks.


    1. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
    2. Professional certification such as CFA/CPA is considered a plus.
    3. Proven experience in the manufacturing and distribution sector.
    4. Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
    5. Proven experience as Finance Director in the manufacturing and distribution industry.
    6. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
    7. Experience in acquisition accounting and daily financial operations.
    8. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
    9. Familiarity with finance software and MS Office.
    10. Ability to analyze large financial data and generate reports
