    • Work closely with investment team members, investors, lenders, and service providers.

    • Ensure the accuracy of quarterly financial statements and investor reporting for various entities, including closed-end funds, master-feeders, and special purpose vehicles; Manage the fund's capital activity process, including capital calls, distributions, rebalances, transfers, and carried interest calculations.

    REQUIREMENTS:


    Senior Manager Fund Accounting – Private Credit Team

    Experience required: CPA. 10+ years in fund accounting and administration, focusing on private and/or open-ended funds. A minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience.

    Specialization: Private credit experience is preferred.

     

    Senior Manager Fund Accounting – Venture Capital Team

    Experience required: CPA. 10+ years in managerial fund accounting and administration, with a strong focus on closed-ended funds. A minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience.

    Specialization: Experience with venture capital, private equity, or hedge funds is mandatory.
