We are offering an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry for a Senior Digital Analyst. The primary function of the role is to scrutinize web and digital performance data, extract valuable insights, and strategize optimizations to enhance digital experiences and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze web performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to inform decision-making and enhance digital performance
• Drive optimization strategies to improve digital experiences
• Utilize various tools such as OneTrust, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Salesforce Platform for efficient performance monitoring and management
• Apply your knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and Accessibility standards to ensure web accessibility
• Employ your skills in React and Node.js for web development tasks
• Leverage your experience in E-commerce operations and Technology management to contribute to eCommerce strategies
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration
• Ensure the security of digital platforms using appropriate security tools
• Provide technical support to team members and stakeholders as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Proficient in providing Technical Support
• Extensive experience in E-commerce operations
• Demonstrated expertise in Technology management
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
• Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and Accessibility standards
• Proven experience in Web Accessibility
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies
• Experience with OneTrust software
• Proven ability in Performance Monitoring
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience in Web Development
• Proficiency in React and Node.js
• Experience with Salesforce Platform
• Experience in using JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with Security Tools
