The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. This role will collaborate with stakeholders across finance teams to streamline processes and ensure the success of the ERP implementation. This is a 9+ month engagement, working 3 days on site in North York.


    Key Responsibilities:

    ·      Plan, coordinate, and oversee UAT activities for the ERP implementation project, ensuring thorough testing and alignment with business requirements.

    ·      Lead end-to-end project management tasks, including creating project plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring on-time delivery.

    ·      Work closely with finance teams to identify testing requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    ·      Assist in the creation of detailed UAT test cases, scenarios, and use cases based on functional specifications.

    ·      Monitor and manage any issues identified during UAT cycles, assign priorities, and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with IT teams.

    ·      Maintain comprehensive documentation on testing results, project progress, and learned best practices for future system enhancements.




    ·      Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or PMP certifications are a plus.

    ·      5+ years of experience in project management, particularly with ERP financial implementations.

    ·      3+ years of hands-on experience with large ERP Systems, MS Dynamics is a huge plus.

    ·      Strong UAT management experience in finance-focused transformation projects.

    ·      Strong understanding of finance operations (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, etc.) and how they interact within ERP systems.

    ·      Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

    ·      Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., MS Visio) other testing platforms.
