We are offering contract employment opportunity for an Collections Specialist in Vaughan, Ontario. This role is within the industry, where you will be tasked with the maintenance of customer records, processing of applications, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, including resolving payment disputes and processing payments and refunds
• Provide detailed customer reconciliations and statements as required
• Monitor client accounts and review accounts in arrears to take appropriate actions
• Notify debtors of overdue payments and accounts via telephone, mail, and email, ensuring timely follow up if a reply is not received
• Locate debtors to arrange payment plans
• Use Microsoft Excel for various tasks.
