We are currently seeking a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their needs and inquiries. Your main tasks will include processing orders, managing quotations, and providing support to internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering detail-oriented and attentive service through phone and email.
• Efficiently process customer orders and manage related communications, including confirmation of details and resolution of queries.
• Prepare and process customer quotations and collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure fluid communication with clients.
• Respond to and manage incoming phone calls from customers and colleagues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to respond to customer and colleague emails, providing accurate and timely information.
• Maintain and update customer information meticulously to ensure records are always accurate and up to date.
• Share pertinent information with other departments as required to facilitate efficient operations.
• Assist with additional responsibilities and operational tasks as needed.
• Handle confidential customer and company information with utmost integrity and discretion.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for various tasks including data entry, email correspondence, and order entry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
• Experience with data entry tasks and order entry processes
• Capability to manage email correspondence effectively and efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in preparing and providing quotations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Patience and understanding while dealing with customers' queries and complaints
