    We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Kitchener, Ontario. This role will be primarily focused on scanning employee files into the system, requiring a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion in handling confidential information. The workplace is dynamic and will require standing for most of the day.

    Responsibilities:
    • Scanning employee documents into the system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
    • Handling confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
    • Demonstrating strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally
    • Implementing effective communication strategies to ensure efficient information flow
    • Filing documents properly to maintain an organized and accessible system
    • Monitoring and maintaining accurate customer credit records
    • Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Proficiency in Customer Service, with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients and colleagues.
    • Ability to Scan Documents accurately, ensuring all necessary paperwork is digitized and stored correctly.
    • Experience in Filing, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to maintain a systematic and orderly filing system.
    • Excellent Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
    • Strong Organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently and effectively.
