<p>Our client is seeking for a friendly and organized<strong> Receptionist </strong>to join their team on a contract basis in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will support front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and provide excellent service to clients and tenants in a fast-paced environment. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet visitors and respond to tenant inquiries as the first point of contact.</li><li>Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.</li><li>Process accounts payable, including matching invoices to purchase orders and data entry.</li><li>Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure proper coding with internal teams.</li><li>Handle email correspondence and maintain organized records.</li><li>Assist with scheduling, filing, and general office administration.</li><li>Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for daily tasks.</li><li>Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.</li><li>Support tenant communications and follow up on pending tasks with team members.</li></ul>
