    We are representing a growing organization as they continue to expand their team. They are seeking a talented Manager of Financial Reporting to join their team.     Job Description:


    As the Manager of Financial Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the company's financial reporting processes. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.


    Responsibilities:


    1. Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with ASPE regulatory standards.
    2. Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance, variances, and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
    3. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial reporting processes and controls to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
    4. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial reporting policies, procedures, and key assumptions to support internal controls and audit readiness.
    5. Communication: Effectively communicate financial results, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
    6. Training and Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to foster professional growth and ensure a high level of performance.
    7. Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, which may include M& A transactions, system implementations, or other strategic initiatives.


    Qualifications:


    1. CPA designation.
    2. Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, in industry or in a public accounting firm.
    3. Strong understanding of GAAP/ASPE.
    4. Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and data interpretation.
    5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
    7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
    8. Demonstrated commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
