THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking a Project Maintenance Analyst for a 2-month contract to support their project data management team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills who can efficiently review documentation, interpret contracts, and ensure the accuracy of master data in our systems.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update project-related master data within financial and administrative systems
Review contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with university policies
Analyze project data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
Work closely with internal teams to validate and correct project records
Support reporting and documentation efforts as needed
