    THE ROLE:

    Our client in the oil and gas industry is looking for a Project Manager for a 10-month project, potentially longer. This successful candidate will use their Project Management experience to support the team with the implementation of strategic and priority initiatives for 2025. This consultant will have strong communication and analytical skills as they collaborate with many stakeholders. They will also be expected to do the following:

    Scope, plan, manage and deliver the project/ program

    • Provide strong business acumen and perform analytical tasks to help teams define project solutions
    • Develop and manage services contracts, including scoping and service level definition, and performance monitoring.
    • While handling multiple priorities, develop, maintain, and integrate detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and status reporting, following a structured project management process/methodology
    • Demonstrate excellent skill in team leadership and conflict management.
    • Understand and communicate how project changes impact members, employers and internal staff, and manage these impacts through implementation (testing, training, communication, and implementation support) by collaborating with business stakeholders and other Divisions where required.
    • Identify, track, manage and advise on interdependencies
