    HR Specialist, Labour Relations <p>Our exciting client is looking for a Human Resource Specialist to join their team in Ottawa, Ontario. As the HR Specialist, you will be a key player in providing advice and interpretation on collective agreements, as well as representing members in redress procedures and disciplinary meetings. Serving as a key player in our finance department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating our benefits, pension, and retirement programs. As a subject-matter expert in these areas, you will provide advice, guidance, and recommendations to ensure program success.
