Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis Job Description
Financial services firms in Canada look for candidates with deep analytical skills, strong verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once. Financial modeling experience in Excel and Access is often a desired qualification. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required, and an MBA and CPA are pluses. At least eight years of experience in financial services is required, with at least three of them in a supervisory capacity.
